We are linked to your account but cannot get in
You did the hard part already. Hunt Visuals is connected to Earls Construction Limited as a partner, and your Facebook page came through fine. The ad account itself never got the permission ticked, so everything we try to do in there is blocked.
Linking a partner and giving them access are two separate steps
Meta splits it in two and it catches nearly everyone out. Step one connects the two businesses, which you have done. Step two says what that partner is allowed to touch, and that one is still empty.
So we show up in your settings as connected, and it looks finished from your side, but nobody here can open the account.
What this is blocking
You have no tracking pixel on the account yet, so nothing on your site is being measured. We cannot create one, we cannot build campaigns, and we cannot spend a penny of your budget until this is ticked. It is the only thing in the way.
Give us access to the ad account
Open your Meta Business settings
Go to business.facebook.com/settings and check you are in Earls Construction Limited at the top left, not your personal profile.
Find the ad account
Assign us as a partner on it
Press Assign partner, choose Business ID, and paste ours in.
It may say we are already connected. That is fine, carry on anyway, this is the part that grants the access.
Tick full control
On the permissions list, turn on Manage ad account. That is the full control option and it is the one that matters. Save it.
Then message Lloyd and we will confirm it landed on our side within a minute.
Add Lloyd as a person instead
This is the version that means you never get asked for a permission again. It takes the same two minutes and covers everything, not just the ad account.
Add the email as an admin
You stay the owner of everything and you can remove the access whenever you want.
Nothing is being tracked while this sits
Every day without a pixel is a day of visitor data we cannot get back. Meta cannot retarget people it never saw.
- No pixel means no tracking and no retargeting.
- We cannot build or launch anything until this is ticked.
- Once it is done we set the tracking up ourselves, nothing more from you.
